This Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive teacher training in Ashtanga Yoga practice & Philosophy.
Practice:
The teacher training follows 'Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series' which is also known as Yoga Chikitsa.
Philosophy:
Patanjali's Ashtanga Yoga as explained in the Yoga Sutras are the main focus of philosophical exploration.
