About the event
This Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional method of Vinyasa Yoga practice inspired by the teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya, the father of Modern Yoga.
The practice & philosophy of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training covers all the major dimensions of Vinyasa Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.

Starting & Ending of the Training
The course begins on 3 April 2024 at 12.00 PM.
