About the event
This Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is based on the traditional method of Vinyasa Yoga practice inspired by the teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya, the father of Modern Yoga.
The practice and philosophy of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training cover all the major dimensions of Vinyasa Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, bandha, Mudra, and Kriyas.
