This Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is based on the teaching techniques of Sri T Krishnamacharya, father of modern Vinyasa Yoga parampara.
The practice & philosophy of Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training covers all the major dimensions of Vinyasa Yoga, from traditional asana practice to Pranayama, Meditations, Bandha, Mudra, Kriyas etc.
